Do you take commissions?

I will begin accepting a limited number of commissions again as of March 1, 2025. Please email for details and/or to be added to waitlist. $1500 minimum.

Can I reproduce work that I purchase from you?

No. You are purchasing for end use only. Unless we have an agreement for you to represent my work, you also may not resell in a commercial setting whether in person or online. As the artist, I retain all copyrights and reproduction rights to all works whether still in my posession or previously sold. In addition, all images on my website or any images of my work acquired through any digital means may only be used for personal use without written consent by Susie Bettenhausen Design LLC or my legal representative. Unauthorized duplication or commercial use is strictly prohibited and legally enforced. This includes but is not limited to collage kits purchased from me. Collage kit papers are hand painted and torn by me and may not be assembled and sold as your own work. They are for end use only.

How do you ship my art?

For all artwork under 48”, I utilize various shipping means including FedEx, UPS and USPS. I currently ship one day a week (Friday) in order to maintain efficiency in the studio. I do make exceptions so if you need something faster, let us know. For works above 48”, I ship via available freight service and the work is typically wood crated. This is a process so overnight shipping is not an option. The crate has to be physically built and driven to you.

Can I return art for a refund?

No. All sales are final. Should there be damage in transit, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the package. In this case, you must provide photographs of the art AND THE PACKAGING in order to receive a refund.
